เมื่อวันที่ 10 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2551 ที่ผ่านมา ทีมงานและลูกศิษย์จากโครงการ The Middle Way ได้มารับชมสุนทรพจน์สันติภาพระดับโลกของ ดร.ไมเคิล โนเบล แล้วต่อด้วยสุนทรพจน์สันติภาพระดับโลกของคุณครูไม่ใหญ่ (พระเดชพระคุณพระราชภาวนาวิสุทธิ์) ซึ่งทุกคนต่างลงมติเป็นเอกฉันท์ว่า จะต้องให้ชาวแอฟริกันได้รับรู้เรื่องราวที่ยิ่งใหญ่ในวันนั้นให้ได้
